Mike Loftus
Managing Director, Head of Sales Trading and Trading. Mike has 24 years of experience
in the industry. He began his career at Merrill Lynch, followed
by ten years at Morgan Stanley & Co., and five years
with Salomon Brothers. Mike was recruited in 1996 to Deutsche
Bank to work with the DMG Technology Group. In 1998 he went
to DLJ and subsequently Credit Suisse First Boston.

Tim Casey
Director, Sales Trading. Tim has over 13 years of experience
as a sales trader and has held positions at SG Cowen &
Co. and Suntrust Equitable Securities. Most recently, he
was an equity trader at Standish Mellon Asset Management. Tim has a degree from Western New England College.

Adam Cavise
Director, Sales Trading. Adam has over 7 years of
experience in financial services. Before joining Soleil,
Adam worked at Knight Trading as Head Market Maker and Spear
Leeds in Risk Arbitrage. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from
Skidmore College and played Division III Baseball.

Liam Culman
Director, Sales Trading. Liam has over 11 years of
experience in financial services. After starting his career
at Alex Brown as a sales trader, Liam has held positions
at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Gerard Klauer Mattison.
Most Recently, he was a partner at Logos Capital, a hedge
fund. Liam graduated from Hartwick College.

Ashley Devlin
Director, Sales Trading. Ashley spent the past seven years
at Deutsche Bank where she worked as a Vice President in
the Global Equities division and, prior to that, as an Associate
in Human Resources. She graduated from Gettysburg College
with a BA and played Varsity Lacrosse. Ashley has also run
both the NYC and San Diego marathons.

Director, Sales Trading. Before joining Soleil, Sally worked at Fulcrum Global Partners for the last five years in both a sales and sales trading capacity. Prior to that role, Sally was a Managing Director at Smith Barney for 26 years.

Associate, Sales Trading. Chad has 9 years of experience in the industry. He began his career at Jefferies & Co, where he worked as a sales trader for 7 years. After leaving Jefferies he worked at Gilford Securities where he was vice president in institutional sales and trading. Chad is a graduate of Babson College where he played on the Men's Varsity Lacrosse team.

Dana DeGarcia
Associate, Sales Trading. Prior to joining Soleil, Dana worked at Deutsche Bank for four years where she successfully completed the Global Markets Graduate Training Program and as an associate ran their direct access operation on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Dana graduated from Villanova University with a BSBA from the Villanova School of Business and played varsity and club soccer.
