Victoria Hallstrom
Managing Director, Director of Research. Victoria has
more than a decade of financial services experience. Most
recently, Victoria spent five years specializing in equity
research and corporate finance searches for Whitney Group,
a high-end, retainer-based financial services search firm.
Prior to joining Whitney, she was an equity research analyst
covering international oil and domestic refiners for First
Boston, Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers. She holds
a BS from Babson College.

Jane Rosen
Managing Director, Research Distribution. Jane pioneered
the delivery and capture of critical research information
to maximize trading revenues. She developed a product marketing
effort to effectively leverage equity research at First
Boston, Lehman Brothers, and CIBC World Markets. She has
a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from
New York University.

Jim Thayer
Managing Director, Research Editing & Supervisory Review. Jim has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. After starting his career as a research analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman in 1972, Jim was a research analyst at Bear Stearns, 13-D Research, and Prudential Securities. Most recently, he was the director of supervisory analysts at Instinet. Jim has a BA from Harvard and an MBA from New York University and is a CFA. He lives in New York and has one son.

Michael LaTronica
Managing Director, Research Editing & Supervisory Review. Michael has an extensive
backgroud in securities research and has been in the industry for over 25 years.
Prior to joining Soleil, Michael was managing director of the transportation and
logistics group at Morgan Joseph & Co. Additionally, he has managed a number of
research and sales departments. He was Director of Equity Research for Martin Simpson
& Co., Inc., Director of Equity and Fixed-Income Research for Gruntal & Co., Director
of Equity Research and Institutional Sales for Pauli Johnson Capital & Research and C.L.
King & Associates, and Director of Research at HCFP/Brenner Securities. Michael is also
the Founder and Managing Director of The Excalibur Research Group, which specializes in
independent transportation sector research. Michael is a Supervisory Analyst, a
member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, and of the Truckload Carriers
Association. Michael attended Franklin and Marshall College, where his academic concentration
was economics and political science.

Kathy Schneider
Director, Research Editing & Supervisory Review.
Kathy has over 10 years of experience in developing and
managing day-to-day operations of an equity research-focused
organization. She held positions at Credit Suisse First
Boston and Salomon Smith Barney before developing the research
publishing group at SoundView Technology Group. She received
her MBA from the University of Miami.
