Bob Stellato
Founder, Vice Chairman and Senior Executive Vice President. Bob spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs where he served as a managing director and built what is widely recognized as the industry’s best Nasdaq institutional sales business. Most recently, he was senior vice president and head of global institutional sales for Knight Securities. Bob graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and obtained his graduate degree from Long Island University.

David Kingland
Director. David is currently the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kingland Systems, a leading financial and regulatory software and services company. Prior to founding Kingland Systems, David founded and was the President and CEO of Kingland Capital Corporation, an SEC and NASD registered regional broker dealer. David also worked for Edward Jones and Company, a NYSE member firm based in St. Louis. David graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Industrial Administration.

Carter McClelland
Director. Carter is the Chairman of, and a Partner in,  Union Square Advisors.  Prior to joining Union Square,  Carter  most recently served as President of Bank of America New York Market and Chairman of Banc of America Securities. Previously ,  he was President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the board directors of Deutsche Bank North America. Carter's Wall Street career spans more than 30 years, including 21 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the firm's operating committee. Carter currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the United Way of New York City, is a member of Mayor Bloomberg’s Commission on Poverty and serves on the National Council on Economic Education.  Carter holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University .

Miles Slater
Director. Miles spent his career working on the fixed income side of the financial services business.  He worked at Salomon Brothers for ten years, spending two of them as President and CEO of Salomon Brothers International Limited in London and was a member of the board of directors of Salomon Brothers. He also has held senior executive positions at Bankers Trust, Blyth Eastman Dillon Securities and First Pennco Securities, after beginning his career on the federal open market committee trading desk.  Since retiring from Wall Street, Miles has advised numerous companies while also engaging in the art of sculpture. Miles also has sat on various corporate and not-for-profit boards.

Kim Schappert
Director. Kim joins Soleil's Board after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer for all of Federated Investors investment advisory companies. Before joining Federated, Kim served as President of J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management, Inc. Prior to J.P. Morgan's merger with Chase Manhattan Corp., Kim had been president and Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Asset Management Services.

Jeffrey Schwartz
Director. Jeff is a Managing Director at Bain Capital in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is one of three executives coordinating the firm's venture efforts. Jeff carries both investing and administrative responsibilities for the fund complex and currently sits on 8 private company Boards. In addition to Soleil, these Boards include Taleo, ProfitLogic, Thor Technologies, Eldorado Marketing, Work'n Gear, Invoke Solutions, and Gamelogic. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jeff was a portfolio manager at Wellington Management Co where he managed several public equity funds. He also served in the Equity Capital Markets Group of Merrill Lynch. Jeff received a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Rob Stavis
Director. Rob is currently a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, a tier-one venture capital firm with over $1 billion under management. Prior to joining Bessemer, Rob was a private equity investor, managing a portfolio of private equity interests in a variety of industries including telecommunications, software, technology, gaming, and restaurants. Until July of 1998, he was the co-head of global arbitrage trading for Salomon Smith Barney. Rob served as a member of the firm's operating committee, risk management committee, and the control and compliance committee. He holds degrees from the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Management.
