E. Terrence Gardner
Mr. Gardner is President and Chief Executive Officer of Soleil Securities. He was previously the Founder and President of S-2 Research and Gardner Capital Advisors. Prior to his tenure at S-2, Mr. Gardner was the COO of Deutsche Bank's Global Equities Research Division after serving as the Associate Director of Research for North America. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Alex Brown & Sons and eventually became a senior analyst covering the transportation sector at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Kingland is currently the Chairman, President and CEO of Kingland Systems. Prior to founding Kingland Systems, he founded and was the President and CEO of Kingland Capital Corporation, a SEC and NASD registered regional broker dealer.
W. Carter McClelland
Mr. McClelland is the Chairman of, and a Partner in, Union Square Advisors. Prior to joining Union Square, he most recently served as President of Bank of America New York Market and Chairman of Banc of America Securities. Mr. McClelland's Wall Street career spans more than 30 years, including 21 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the firm's operating committee.
Kim Schappert
Mr. Schappert most recently served as President and CEO for all of Federated Investors investment advisory companies. Before joining Federated, he served as President of J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management.
Jeffrey Schwartz
Mr. Schwartz is a founding Partner and Managing Director of Bain Capital Ventures. Prior to his role at Bain, he was a portfolio manager for several public equity funds at Wellington Management. Mr. Schwartz also served in the Equity Capital Markets Group of Merrill Lynch.
Rob Stavis
Mr. Stavis is a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. Prior to joining Bessemer, he was a private equity investor, managing a portfolio of investments in a variety of industries including telecommunications, software, technology, gaming, and restaurants. Mr. Stavis was formerly the Co-head of Global Arbitrage Trading for Salomon Smith Barney.

Mr. Stellato served as the Vice Chairman of Soleil Securities and was one of its founders. Prior to his role as a founder of Soleil, he was the Head of Global Institutional Sales for Knight Securities. Prior to joining Knight, Mr. Stellato spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs where he helped build its leading Nasdaq institutional sales business.
