Will McDermott
Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales. Will is a seasoned equities professional with 28 years of experience in domestic and international research sales, sales management, and equities management. Most recently, he served as Head of Institutional Equity Sales at Wachovia Securities. Prior to joining Wachovia in 2004, he served as Head of Equities for W.R. Hambrecht & Co. From 1995 to 2002 he ran institutional equity sales for Hambrecht and Quist, later Chase H&Q, and finally JP Morgan Chase. From 1982 to 1995 Mr. McDermott held positions in institutional equity sales at several firms, including C.J. Lawrence, Morgan Grenfell, Dean Witter Reynolds, Alex Brown & Sons, and Kidder Peabody & Co.

Christian Bliska
Managing Director, Research Sales. Christian has over 20 years experience
in institutional securities sales with various U.S. and European based
firms including UBS, Lehman Brothers and LF Rothchild, Unterberg, Towbin.
Christian has an MBA in Finance and a BS from the University of Wisconsin
and lives on a small fruit farm with his wife and daughter in the St. Croix
river valley of South Eastern Minnesota.

Pascal Cellier
Managing Director, International Research Sales. Pascal has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. After starting his career in research at Conning & Co., Pascal was a research salesman at Barclays Bank, Montgomery Securities and Hambrecht & Quist. He later held sales and management positions at Badger International, meVC.com, and Louis Capital Markets. Pascal received his undergraduate degree from Institut Superieur de Gestion in Paris and his MBA from The Barney School of Business of the University of Hartford. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish and is conversational in German.

Prior to Fulcrum, he worked at First Albany, where he managed hedge fund accounts nationally, and Crimson Capital. Before entering the financial services field, he spent six years withthe sports marketing and management firm Advantage International. Chad graduated from Duke University and resides in New York City.

Tyson graduated with honors from Luther College with a BA in Computer Science and Economics. Tyson currently works and resides in Minneapolis where he serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization serving high-school youth.

Prior to Vista, Lisa was an associate director in Bear Stearns Global Portfolio Trading Group in New York and a sales trader in International Equities at Morgan Stanley. Lisa holds an MBA from Duke University, a Masters in International Affairs from Tufts and received her BS from Northeastern University.

Director, International Research Sales. Yves joined Soleil Securities in July2006 from ThinkEquity Partners in New York and has over 12 years experience in Capital Markets. He began his career in Finance in 1994 as a trader in Fixed-Income and interest rate Derivatives, managing proprietary positions for Credit Commercial de France-HSBC in Brussels. Yves moved to New York in 1999 and joined the Private Equity group at BlueStone Capital Partners. He later co-partnered the European Institutional Equity Sales desk at Brean Murray & Co. Yves graduated from ICHEC in Brussels (“Ingenieur Commercial” – US equivalent of a Master in Business Administration and Technology).

Kevin graduated from Lehigh University where he played lacrosse. He studied environmental science at Lehigh, and went on to work as a geologist for an environmental consulting firm prior to joining the financial services industry.
