Terry Gardner
President. Prior to joining Soleil, Terry was the Founder and President of S-2 Research, Inc. and Gardner Capital Advisors, Inc. which perform primary research, advisory and consulting services for institutional and corporate clients. Prior to the formation of these firms in 2005, Terry served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank’s Global Equities Research Division. Terry began his research management career in 2000 when he was appointed Associate Director of North American Equity Research at Deutsche Bank, a position he held for four years. Prior to being named Associate Director of Research, Terry was an Equity Research Analyst covering the Transportation sector at Deutsche Bank. Terry began his wall street career in 1993 at Alex.Brown and Sons as an Associate Research Analyst covering transportation and logistics companies. From 1988 to 1993, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and participated in combat actions in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and in Somalia. Terry is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Economics.

Vince Farrell
Chief Investment Officer. Vince joins Soleil from Scotsman Capital, the New York based investment firm, where he was a Principal. Prior to joining Scotsman in April, 2005, Vince was Chairman of Victory Capital Management of Cleveland and Chairman of Victory SBSF Capital Management in New York. He was a founding partner of Spears, Benzak, Salomon & Farrell, which was acquired by KeyCorp in 1995. Vince has held a variety of positions in his 23 years at SBSF, including Chief Investment Officer, and he served as the portfolio manager on a number of the firm's largest client relationships. He is a regular guest on the cable network CNBC as well as other national print and broadcast media. Prior to joining SBSF, Vince spent nine years at Smith Barney, Inc. as a Vice President in Sales. He graduated from Princeton University in 1969 and received his M.B.A. from the Iona College Graduate School of Business in 1972.

Jennifer Fleissner
Chief Financial Officer. Jen has worked in the securities industry for 12 years in a financial capacity. After starting her career in the financial markets group at Arthur Andersen, Jennifer worked at publicly traded SoundView Technology Group as the corporate controller and, most recently, as the chief financial officer. Jen received her BA in accounting from the University of Richmond.

Mary Owen
Chief Compliance Officer. Mary has been a compliance officer since 1978, originally at Goldman Sachs. Most recently, she was the Director of Compliance at Deutsche Bank Americas and recently completed her tenure as the Chair of the Securities Industry & Regulatory Council on Continuing Education.

Rick Rubin
Chief Operating Officer. Rick joins Soleil from XTF Global Asset Management where from 2004 to 2008 he held various positions, most recently as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Trading and Operations. During his tenure at XTF, Rick was responsible for managing the firm’s separate accounts, mutual funds, and variable insurance trusts. Additionally, he built the firm’s trading and operations infrastructure and created a comprehensive performance attribution analysis system to audit portfolio returns. Prior to XTF, Rick spent 8 years as an Institutional Equity Trader for Spear, Leeds & Kellogg and later Goldman Sachs & Co. Rick received his MA in Economics from Duke University and his Bachelors degree from the University of Miami.
