Robert Errico
Robert has over 43 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as president of Alliance Fund Distributors at Alliance Capital Management, where he grew assets from $9 billion to $140 billion and established distribution systems for broker-dealers, banks and insurance companies. Before joining Alliance, Robert spent almost 20 years at Prudential-Bache Securities as the executive vice president and director of the retail group. Prior to his career in financial services, Robert served in the U.S. Air Force National Guard in France during the Berlin Crisis.

Jim Fleischmann, CFA
Jim has over 32 years of experience in the financial services industry. He most recently spent 10 years at TIAA-CREF where he was the director of global research and head of active domestic equities. Previously, Jim held senior positions at both Salomon Brothers Asset Management and Lehman Asset Management as an analyst, director of research and a portfolio manager. He has also been affiliated with Delaware Management Company and PNC Corporation.

Jerry Gold
Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board. Jerry has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years. Prior to joining Soleil, Jerry served as the director of North American research at Deutsche Bank. He also served as the director of equity research at Brown Brothers Harriman and the director of international research at Prudential Securities. Before that, he was the chief equities officer at New York Life Insurance. Prior to his career in financial services, Jerry served as a corporal in the U.S. Army.

Terry Goodwin
Terry has spent more than 35 years on Wall Street. He most recently served as vice president and manager of equity trading at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman, Terry spent 20 years at Chase Asset Management. He has also been an active member of various New York Stock Exchange committees, including the Market Performance Committee and the Institutional Traders Advisory Committee. He is currently the vice chairman of the Quinnipiac University Board of Trustees.

Saman Majd 

Saman most recently was Vice Chairman of Deutsche Asset Management. Prior to that, Saman was Global Head of Derivatives and Fixed Income Government Bond Trading in Deutsche's Global Market Division. Before joining Deutsche Bank in 1995, he was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers. Saman has a distinguished academic record with a degree in Physics from Oxford University and a PhD in Finance from MIT. He was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for two years, and at the School of Management at Yale University for one year before joining Salomon Brothers in 1987.

Edward Necarsulmer III
Ted is a 35-year veteran in the financial services industry. He most recently served as the vice chairman of global equities at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein after having held the position of chief executive officer of equities at Wasserstein Perella Securities. Ted had previously been the head of North American equities at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell after a 20-year career at C.J. Lawrence where he held the positions of senior executive vice president and chief operating officer. Ted began his career at Hallgarten & Company where he was a general partner.

Ralph R. Shaw
Ralph has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years. Most recently, he formed the Shaw Venture Partners and has been investing venture capital in companies since 1980. Prior to Shaw Venture Partners, he worked with various funds at Shareholders Management Company and Standard and Poor's Corporation. He serves on the board of directors for several companies, including Schnitzer Steel and the Portland Family of Funds.

Bob Stellato
Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board. Bob has over 35 years of experience in financial services having spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs where he served as a managing director and built what is widely recognized as the industry’s best Nasdaq institutional sales business. Most recently, he was senior vice president and head of global institutional sales for Knight Securities. Bob is a member of the SIA Institutional Brokerage Committee and is a member of the board of directors of NOIP.

Steven M.H. Wallman
Steven is the founder and CEO of FOLIOfn, a financial services technology company that delivers leading-edge brokerage and investment solutions to financial services firms, investment advisers and individual investors. He also serves as a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. Prior to starting FOLIOfn, Steven was a Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1994 to 1997, where he played a leading role in formulating policies that brought the Internet and other advanced technologies into wide use within the securities industry. Prior to his appointment to the SEC, Steven was a partner at the law firm of Covington & Burling. He earned a law degree from Columbia University and holds two degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including an MS from the Sloan School of Management.
